Members of the Inner Grove may include; Legal Officers of the Church, and upper level Initiates (Elders). The Inner Grove members are responsible for the creation and continuation of the Church Tradition. Only The Inner Grove may wear ritual blades in Circle.

The Inner Grove members also pay a small monthly membership fee and donate time, energy, supplies and cash to the church as needed.

Priests and Priestesses may lead the ritual as High Priest or High Priestess (HP/s) of the Day and are responsible for encouraging the participation of every member. They are also responsible for the continued spiritual growth of all members of the Church.

Only HP/s are allowed to wear sacred crowns or circlets in ritual and handle the ritual sword(s), except those they deem appropriate for the ritual.

It is the right and obligation of the High Priestess and High Priest to maintain the order and the energy of a ritual. The High Priest and/or High Priestess may ask someone to leave the ritual if their behavior or energy is deemed inappropriate and/or disruptive.
