The Innercore is made up of the: Dedicants; First, Second and Third Degree Initiates and Elevants; and the Elders.

Innercore: Governing vote of the Innercore shall consist of a vote of 67% of the active membership present at any specially called or regularly scheduled meeting..

1. Scope: The Innercore shall discuss, maintain and participate in matters of:

          a. Programs, planning and action.

          b. Outreach, volunteer work, community service.

          c. Ritual planning and production.

          d. Event planning, scheduling and execution.

          e. Other duties as assigned by the Administrative Council.

2. Facilitation: The Innercore is responsible for maintaining the stability of the Church�s long-term health. The Innercore�s first responsibility is to do what is best for the Church.

3. Method of Operation: Take personal responsibility to report to the Elders Council on the status of assigned duties, activities, etc. Quarterly.

          a. Officer�s Report, if office is held

          b. Membership review.

4. Innercore members who have not attended a CBMC function for a period of 6 months or longer may be removed from Innercore and will need to be voted back in by consensus of the Innercore or as deemed by the Administrative Council.
